Hello! Well, I have officially jumped on the bandwagon! I have been telling myself for 6 months now that I was going to start a blogspot, and now I am here! So many of my dear friends do such an amazing job updating their blogspots, and I absolutely LOVE reading all of them! I will do my best to update ours the best I can!! Ha!
We had an amazing Christmas this year! The boys are at such a fun age, they absolutely LOVED everything about Christmas this year. The Christmas tree, looking at Christmas lights almost every evening, sitting on Santa's lap this year (yea! no tears!), making cookies, reading all of the Santa and snowman books, candy canes, singing Christmas songs ALL the time, getting lots and lots of presents, and learning more and more about Baby Jesus and the true meaning of Christmas...it's been so much fun. We were walking through Sam's just the other day, and Cayden was still singing "Santa Claus is Coming to Town..." at the top of his lungs! ha! It's hard to explain to toddlers that Christmas is over....atleast to mine it has been a difficult thing to understand!
Cayden is 3 years old, and is an amazing big brother. He has quite the imagination and loves to sing. He's alot like his Daddy, in that he is very particular about everything he does. I love it. I love how he has to know exactly where his toys are, and he remembers every morning where he put them the night before. When he reads a book, he never skips a page. When he eats dinner, he eats ONLY one thing at a time. He never touches the green beans until he's finished with his chicken...and he's always the last one finished. I love how each sticker has to go in the exact spot where it belongs. It drives him crazy when Cole puts stickers in random places! He makes us laugh everyday with his quirky little remarks. He has been very interested in finding out who is the boss lately....and just the other day this was his conversation with his daddy....
"Dad, are you the boss?"
"Yes, Cayden, Mommy and Daddy are the boss."
"Well, one day when I grow up and get big, I'm gonna be the boss."
He has recently become a big fan of Scooby Dooby Doo....and Santa brought him all the Scooby figures, and the Mystery Machine! He was SOOO excited!
Cole is 2 years old, and is ALL boy! He is growing up way too fast, and I don't like it. Something about turning 2...they lose everything baby about them and start talking all the time...in complete sentences! I just don't like it! We always said that Cole would be the one to take us to the ER first...and sure enough, he did! He busted his little head open a few weeks ago! You can see his nice scar in the pictures below... He may be rough and rowdy and love to wrestle, but he is also the biggest snuggler in the world! He wants to do everything his big brother does...and I do mean EVERYTHING. He's always been more of a Momma's boy since the day he was born, and I have to admit, I have loved every minute of it! But now he's realized that dad's becoming more fun because he'll wrestle and let him climb all over him!
Well, I hope you enjoy our blogspot! I promise to update it better than we did with the babysite! ha!

Those two boys are PRECIOUS! I sure love spending my days with them. I had to laugh at your descriptions...Cayden is so particular it cracks me up to and he is ALWAYS the last one finished eating no matter what...and Cole is ALWAYS first (and first to ask for MORE PLEASE!) Cole is very rough and tumble but also SO gentle and loving. He is always very concerned about everyone else and if anyone has to go to time-out he has to be sure to stand there for moral support.
